Ghoshal's Major Professional Contributions

Though Ghoshal authored/co-authored many books in his career, the ones which were the most widely acclaimed include Managing Across Borders: The Transnational Solution; The Differential Network: Organizing the Multinational Corporation for Value Creation; The Individualized Corporation: A Fundamentally New Approach to Management; Organizational Theory and the Multinational Corporation; and The Transnational Management.

Ghoshal also wrote a number of award-winning articles in Harvard Business Review. There were several critical issues discussed in three of his books - Managing Across Borders, The Individualized Corporation and Managing Radical Change.

The Economist, known for its frank expression of opinion on any issue or personality, addressed Ghoshal as 'Euro Guru'...
